RETURNS:
We do allow exchange or refund in cases of any damage in transit or manufacturing Defects.

DAMAGED & ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchange:
We only allow an exchange of products only if there is a manufacturing defect or damage in transit.All product dimensions (size) and material are mentioned on each product, after delivery, the product was delivered as per your order, after that if you wish to exchange the product you just need to pay the cost of delivery charges only.
To Exchnage: Please call us and Messages Within 48 hours of delivery at Mobile No:-07903630626with your order product images of the wrongfully delivered or damagd items.we will look into the the concern and revert within 48 working hours While exchanging,you can select the product from the same category.in case the value is higher,the differential will have to be paid for(NO COD accepted).
Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging.Item(s) which show signs of usage before will not be eligible for returns or exchange.

CANCELLATION:
Please call us at 07903630626 for any cancellation requests. We can only cancel orders if they haven’t been dispatched. Once the order is processed or shipped we will not be able to cancel it.
Cancellations are not applicable on sale items.

Changes in your order information:
If you have entered an incorrect pin code or contact number, please Call us or WhatsApp Message to us at 07903630626 to rectify the issue. Please note that we can update the correct code or number only if the order has not been shipped.

SHIPPING:
We ship all across India.
For international orders, message us and we can discuss if it is feasible.

SHIPPING CARRIER:
We ship via Courier service. The tracking details for your order will be sent to you via WhatsApp messages.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME:
Most of our products are available in stock, and are processed from our warehouse in India within 2-3 business days.
Items that are made-to-order will have a longer lead time (approx 7-14 days).
In case a certain product has a longer processing time, it will be mentioned in the product description.
Once shipped, orders take 2-8 business days, depending on the pincode.
